Created from over a decade of personal meditation practice and work with my spiritual teacher, my 'Introduction to Meditation' classes help you develop your own practice and sense of Self as spirit. I can help you deepen your meditation practice and explore various aspects of your being. I also offer group training classes that introduce you to practical tools to expand your meditation practice into daily life.
